Finance and Administration Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Administration Officer with 2–4 years of experience in relevant experience, along with treasury knowledge. The officer will report directly to the CEO and is expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple finance, operational, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle full-cycle accounting functions, including AP/AR, bookkeeping, and cash flow management
• Manage treasury operations and prepare annual financial reports
• Lead audit preparation, including liaising with external auditors and preparing required documentation
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis
• Perform event-based P&L analysis and support budgeting for sponsorships and events
• Oversee HR and administrative operations, including payroll coordination and office administration
• Coordinate board meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and liaison with board members
• Provide on-site support for chamber events, including registration and logistics coordination
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, with the ability to independently manage financial processes and systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across different departments
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude
