在經濟部能源局與英國在台辦事處支持下,英國離岸再生能源整合開發中心(Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult, ORE Catapult)與工業技術研究院昨日 (7月6日) 晚間透過線上會議,簽署了「離岸風電產業與技術合作及資訊交流合作備忘錄 (MOU)」,針對臺灣離岸風電運維技術應用進行創新計劃 (The Innovation Programme),借鏡全球離岸風電安裝容量最高的英國經驗,透過技術交流強化科研量能,為健全離岸風電產業生態系挹注一劑強心針,搶攻百億本土風電運維市場。

英國在台辦事處代表鄧元翰特別表示,英國與臺灣在離岸風電產業的合作發展迅速,現今已有30家英國離岸風電產業供應鏈廠商在臺灣設立營運辦公室,支持在地產業發展。很高興臺英合作夥伴關係,將透過這份合作備忘錄的簽署進一步深化,包括從英國與臺灣在離岸風電產業的研發合作來激發創新 ...
